Just give us a ring and we will arrange to collect your rugs (or any other items eg. travel boots, numnahs, dog or cat beds) at a time convenient to you, either at home or at a designated Pick Up Point. All items are carefully tagged while in our care to ensure none of your precious items go astray! They are air-dried to prevent shrinking and returned to you neatly packaged within an agreed timescale. You can choose whether or not to have rugs reproofed, although we do recommend outdoor rugs are reproofed at least annually to retain their effectiveness against our Scottish weather!
